College Employees Donate Cookies to Holiday Store

Staff and faculty members at Cloud County Community College recently donated over 42 dozen cookies to the Cloud County Community Resource Council to be used for the Holiday Stores held throughout the county during December.
CCCC employees from the Advisement and Financial Aid department organized a "cookie break" for December 3. They asked employees to bring a "baker's dozen" of cookies to work and during the morning, a coffee break was scheduled and the extra cookies from each donated dozen were removed and enjoyed by the employees. The remaining 42 dozen were presented to the Resource Council that afternoon.
Cathy Feriend, Director of the Cloud County Community Resource Council accepted the cookies and thanked the College for their generous donation. The cookies will be provided in the Hospitality room during the Holiday Stores for parents and others as they wait for their children to finish their shopping.
